AMANDA PENNINGTON COACHING
ABOUT ME
Enthusiast. Learner. Collaborator.

I enjoy supporting those experiencing doldrums or burnout to find renewed joy, meaning, and a sense of abundance, while achieving their goals - one small sweet step at a time. I also love coming along side those who want to practice cultivating curiosity and accessing their own internal, liberating wisdom to intentionally design the next chapter of their lives.
Professional Background
For nearly 20 years, I worked in humanitarian aid and non-profit organizations, doing work that ranged from providing logistics support for global disaster relief operations to advocacy and fundraising for local homeless support services. I was also a newspaper reporter in New Jersey and taught English to Czech high school students in Prague, Czech Republic. The theme that flowed through all of this work has been growth within community. I am an enthusiast, with a deep love for learning and collaborating.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Whitworth University and am certified in Adult Learning through the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
